Ing. Jakoubek Jiří
Jiří Jakoubek is a graduate of the Prague University of Economics and Business and a partner in an international consulting group, where he primarily specialises in tax and financial management. Jiří focuses on restructuring and setting transfer pricing for medium and large Czech and foreign companies and multinational corporations from diverse industries. He has furthered his professional career by participating in educational programs organised by training agencies and government bodies.
In his academic work, Jiří focuses on the domain of transfer prices within business groups, especially in the areas of intangible assets, and on the forms of financing the holding structures. He also publishes on these topics in Czech and foreign professional journals. Jiří is a court-appointed expert in the field of transfer pricing.
