Tomáš Podškubka is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the Prague University of Economics and Business (Ing. and Ph.D.). At the Department of Corporate Finance and Valuation, Tomáš focuses on valuation and corporate finance. He specialises in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets, and real estate, as well as financial planning and corporate transformations. Tomáš co-operates with various training institutions and publishes in scientific and professional journals. He is also the author or co-author of several books. Outside the University and Department, Tomáš works at the TPA consulting company, where he is responsible for valuation, M&A and specialised advisory services at the expert institute TPA Valuation & Advisory s.r.o.

Tomáš is a court-appointed expert in the field of economics – price and appraisal, specialising in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets and securities, and also a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) for the area of real estate valuation.
