1FP432 Financial Modelling for Corporate Finance (in english)
The course is focused on financial modelling as one of the basic skills for applying to any position in the field of finance. Financial modelling is a standard part of company valuation, investment decision-making, controlling or financial planning activities. The teaching focuses on modelling revenues, costs, CF and individual balance sheet items. It also includes the creation of variant scenarios, stress testing and sensitivity analysis. The course is taught as practically focused seminars using case studies solved in MS Excel. Students will also gain an overview of good practice in financial modelling and skills in financial data reporting. Experts from practice teach the subject.
