1FP424 Financial Management of Multi-Business Enterprise

Course is concerned on the basic problems of financial management and value creation in multi-business enterprise (hereinafter MBE) under the Czech legislation. The basic parts of course are: MBE financial management from the point of law, specifics of accounting for business combinations and consolidated financial statements, current assets and liabilities management in MBE, risk management in MBE and MBE valuation. The goal of this course is to provide both theoretical and practical findings in the areas, which are specific for MBE financial management.
