1FP402 Investment Decision and Long-Term Financing

The course provides students with the theory, principles and practical procedures of long-term financial management of non-financial companies in a highly developed market economy, including specifics in the Czech Republic. The course will profoundly increase the student’s knowledge of capital investment planning, evaluation and selection of investment alternatives under uncertainty and risk. Students will get familiar with a wide range of project financing resources. Based on real-life examples and case studies, students obtain experience in practical investment decision-making process.
