The aim of the subject is to familiarize students with the essence of financial management (management of long-term assets, working capital and sources of financing). The course is aimed at mastering the issues necessary for making both operational and strategic financial decisions. At the same time, the course should lead to the acquisition of practical habits in analyzing financial statements, evaluating the management of the company and evaluating investment projects and financial investments.
In the seminars, case studies are solved with the help of Excel, publicly available sources and some corporate databases.
