Vojtěch is a graduate of the bachelor’s and master’s degree programme at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Prague University of Economics and Business (1996). He also holds the master’s degree diploma in Fiscal Studies from the University of Bath, UK (1997) and completed part of his studies in affiliation with the Copenhagen Business School (DiS Programme) in Denmark. His work experience includes international investment banking (business valuations, M&A and divestiture advisory, financing), public sector (public and EU finance) and English translations. Since 2017, Vojtěch has been an internal doctoral student at the Department of Finance and Valuation of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Prague University of Economics and Business. There he also lectures on Corporate Finance and assumes the language editorial duties of the European Financial and Accounting Journal (EFAJ). In his research, Vojtěch focuses on economic value of businesses and the relationship between value and risk. He is fluent in Czech and English.
